the price seemed fair enough.
the room was way up on the fourth floor. there weren't anyone to help me with my bags and the stairs were steep. i really had some problem hauling all my stuff up there myself.

friendly staffgood variety
the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered good variety, with fresh pastries and fruit available each morning.
Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult.

the hotel is located near several shops and restaurants. two underground stations are within a ten-minute walk, and hyde park is also easily accessible. multiple bus routes run along the main road.

the double room had a comfortable bed and a small seating area. it featured a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the room also included a mini-fridge, a kettle, and a selection of teas and coffee.

The staff was professional. This met my expectations.
I found climbing the stairs with luggage quite annoying. I asked for help, but I had to manage it myself initially. This lack of assistance made the arrival less than stellar.

The location provided easy access to transportation. I found the staff helpful and polite . The hotel has a cute little garden, which I found to be a nice touch.
The stairs were steep and narrow, difficult with luggage. My room had a boiler that emitted an odor in the middle of the night. I discovered the room was not very clean upon arrival.
